Rights, licences & evidence status

MB „NM Media“ publishes and maintains Pasianssia. That fact does not mean one publisher owns every file delivered by the site. Third-party software and fonts retain their upstream licences. Rights evidence for some commissioned artwork, branding, photos, videos and generated media is still external to the repository and has not been verified by counsel.

Evidence status: the public inventories below are engineering records, not a legal opinion, ownership clearance or counsel approval. Entries marked as pending must not be read as an assertion that NM Media owns the underlying work.

Public evidence and licence files

Recorded gameplay audio: the five WAV cues currently used by the game are publisher-created edited sounds. The provenance registry records their exact shipped hashes.

Permission to use the site

You may access and play the games through the public site. For material that NM Media is verified to control, the publisher permits ordinary personal use unless a separate public licence says otherwise. This site-level statement does not narrow permissions granted by MIT, Apache, OFL, Creative Commons or another upstream licence, and it does not claim authority over material whose rights evidence is pending.

Please do not impersonate Pasianssia or NM Media, bypass technical safeguards, disrupt the service, or represent an unverified copy as an official publisher release. Any additional restriction depends on the applicable component licence and applicable law.

Search engines and AI answer crawlers

robots.txt is a technical crawl-access file, not a copyright licence or ownership statement. Search and answer crawlers may fetch the URLs it allows and show links or short attributed snippets. Reuse rights still follow the applicable component licence and the evidence status above.

Text-and-data-mining signal

The publisher emits a machine-readable text-and-data-mining reservation at /.well-known/tdmrep.json, with the linked policy at /.well-known/tdm-policy.json, and via tdm-reservation meta tags. It is intended to apply only where the publisher has rights that can lawfully be reserved. Its jurisdiction-specific effect and the scope of any database or copyright right remain pending counsel review; it does not override an upstream open-source, font or Creative Commons licence.

Reporting a rights concern

If you believe material on or associated with Pasianssia infringes a right, send a written notice to the operator address below. NM Media is an EU operator and is not a U.S.-registered DMCA designated agent. Include the work, the disputed material and URL, your contact details, the basis for your concern, and whether you are the rights holder or authorised to act for one.

Receipt does not predetermine ownership, infringement, removal or any statutory procedure. Those conclusions depend on the evidence and applicable law.

Brand evidence

“Pasianssia” and its logos are used as the publisher's brand. The repository does not contain the approved master, designer assignment or trademark-registration evidence, so this page does not present an ownership or registration conclusion. Do not imply official endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation where none exists.
